Gone Crazy of Hiking? by Brian Dale Flores

Have you been to Two Trees? Well, if you haven’t been there it is just located at Brgy 9 Gawad Kalinga, Malaybalay City. It takes 45 minutes – 1hour to reach the peak of the Two Trees. Two Trees is a very nice place to relax or unwind. At the peak you can witness how beautiful Malaybalay City is and at the other side of the mountain you can see many houses and rice plantation. It’s not yet famous before, but as time pass by, through the word-of-mouth, it was became known to public and a lot of people came to visit the place. The mountain has a steepy road and it is slippery in both rainy and sunny days so you need to be careful during your hiking.I suggest that it is better to hike early morning to see the fog and witness the sunrise. A climber must not leave a trash and respect the nature through not taking anything from the mountain.
